This custom system provides Panel or Module LIV testing for COB products

i. Standard or customized substrate

ii. Multi-channel 3.3V power supply: Programmable switch control and current monitoring

iii. I2C control: Customized control of Panel DUT/Module and monitoring of DDMI parameters

iv. Customized control of LD current of COB DUT products and measurement of optical power for LIV testing purpose.

v. Customized jigs: Design compatible with client's DUT type (w/wo lens, form factor, DUT#, position...)
