This product is used to test the burn-in of PD/APD components of TO package type

This product contains burn-in and LIV tests, in which the photodiode (PD) in TO detects the laser light as well as measures and records the current of PD. In addition, the product attaches an oven with excellent homeothermy, whose operating temperature range is from room temperature (+25°C) to 150°C. It contains a temperature alarm that sounds when the set temperature is exceeded. In order to avoid the direct exposure of the hot air to the operator, the machine is equipped with an exhaust centrifugal fan on top. Due to the longer duration of burn-in time required, if a power outage or tripping occurs or if any contact point is defective, damage to the laser object to be tested may be inflicted. Therefore, the TrustWell intelligent protection system has been installed to determine the subsequent processing procedures through software and can be adjusted according to client requirements.
